1. Are your products authentic?
Yes, all our listed items are 100% purchased and sourced personally from the respective brands directly or Authorized Retailers. We do not support the making or selling of counterfeit products so rest assured the item you receive is 100% authentic. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.
2. How much is Postage?
West Malaysia Standard Delivery - RM8
East Malaysia Standard Delivery - RM15
Free Postage for purchase above RM110 (only applicable for West Malaysia Orders.)
3. Postage Timeline?
For Ready Stock, we will process and post them out on the next Working Day.
Standard Courier Delivery within WM takes 1-3 working days ;
Sabah / Sarawak takes 5-7 working days.
**Working day means any day except Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays.
4. Do you offer Express Delivery?
Yes, we do offer express delivery via Grab Delivery in case of any urgent needs order. This service is only limited to Klang Valley customers at the moment. Do leave us a Whatsapp message (018-310 6868) for express delivery request.
5. Is your items Ready Stock or Pre-Order?
Most of our items are Ready Stock unless stated (PRE-ORDER).
6. How long do I have to wait for Pre-Order?
Pre-order items will take 3-4 working weeks upon payment confirmation. Timeline also subjected to how efficient the merchant fulfills the orders.
7. Can I order both Pre-order and Ready Stock Items?
Yes, of course! If your order contains both pre-order and ready stock items, the order will only be shipped out when pre-order item has arrived. We are unable to split shipments or ship other items separately.
If you would like ready stock to be shipped first, please place two separate orders for these items.
8. How to track my order?
Tracking number will be shared via e-mail or SMS once your order is processed. If your order contains pre-order items, tracking number will only be available when stock arrives.
